Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist to develop database plan, strategy, and tools;
∎ Enter training enrolment, assessment, certification, and job placement data into TMS within the time specified in the business plan;
∎ Assist the Coordinator - Job Placement, Database and Procurement and the Coordinator - Training, Monitoring, and Assessment in preparing and maintaining their respective database relating to training implementation, certification, job placement, and job placement tracking;
∎ Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities;
∎ Study and obtain further information for incomplete documents and compile/sort information as required;
∎ Prepare and maintain the database and keep tracking of the trainees and update the data regularly;
∎ Apply updated data program techniques and procedures as applicable;
∎ Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform necessary backup operations;
∎ Respond to queries for information and access to relevant files;
∎ Comply with data integrity and security policies;
∎ Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions;
∎ Perform other tasks assigned by the Chief Coordinator.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
