Experience:

• At least 5 years

• Masters

• At least 5 years

• At least 5 years of experience in health-related activities management

• Masters degree in health, public health, or nutrition (preferred)

• Expertise in field-level activities planning and implementation

• Ability to develop the capacity of staff and stakeholders

• Skill in providing trainings and developing training modules

• Excellent communication skills with government line agencies

• Proficiency in English for communication and report writing

• Computer skills and data analysis capabilities

• Ability to develop questionnaires and analyze various data

• Valid motorcycle driving license

• Program Management: Planning and implementing health-related activities.

• Training: Developing and delivering training programs for staff and stakeholders.

• Capacity Building: Enhancing the skills and knowledge of team members.

• Data Analysis: Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform program decisions.

• Government Coordination: Collaborating with government agencies on health initiatives.

• Reporting: Preparing reports and communicating findings to stakeholders.

Tk. 45,000 per month, Other benefits as per organizational policy as well as the project.
