Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyzing present Yarn Stock to prepare Yarn Requisition and monitoring the other Raw Material Stock.
∎ Coordinate among Marketing Team and Production as well Purchase Dept, Accounts Dept., Commercial, Audit Dept. etc.
∎ Delivery Planning, Execution and Monitoring
∎ Follow-up the Marketing Personnel Credit, L/C, UD, UP, Document etc.
∎ Communicating with the Head of the Department for any kind of discussion.
∎ Conducting Meeting and preparing Minutes and following-up the decisions till implementation.
∎ Timely entering Data into Software making all Reports as per instruction of the Management.
∎ Liaise with Clients to identify their needs.
∎ Contact Vendors for outsourced Services.
∎ Receive Phone Calls and respond to Emails from the Clients.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ To have good Computer Literacy
∎ Good communication skills in Bengali & English
