∎ A university Master's Degree that have background in the area of Health/Economics/Business/Social science/International Development/Disability Studies/Development Studies/Business Studies or any other relevant degree.

Job Context:
∎ We are looking for Coordinator for Planning and Development
∎ Bangladesh Protibandhi Kallyan Somity (BPKS) was established in 1985. BPKS is a non-government, non-political voluntary organization of all types of persons with disabilities (PWDs), working to ensure the equal rights, opportunities and mainstreaming of disabled persons in the development process so that they can play an active role in the development process. BPKS`s vision is that all persons with disabilities live independently, with dignity, in a barrier-free family and community and are equally contributive to their own and society`s development.
∎ BPKS is call for applications from qualified professionals and experienced persons who wish to be considered for appointment in full-time position of Coordinator for Planning and Development of BPKS.
∎ The work place at BPKS Complex, Dakkhinkhan, Hatimbag, Uttara, Dhaka-1230.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop/ design plans, writing project proposal and different tools based on organization's program implementation and monitoring needs.
∎ Develop and design policy/tools/formats.
∎ Prepare relevant reports including research, evaluation and monitoring.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Have at least 10 years of work experience in development field including NGOs development work.
∎ Have independent capacity to take initiatives, good communication skills, interpersonal and organizational skills and have sense of integrity, responsibility and computer literacy.
∎ Have skills and knowledge on Project Cycle, logical frame and planning, monitoring & evaluation.
∎ Have capacity to facilitate and design research work.
∎ Have update knowledge about Bangladesh development and information and data such as: SDG progress, UNCRPD and other national statistics.
∎ Have good skills in English writing and communication.
∎ Have long term commitment and dynamism to work under-pressure for the organization.

Salary: Negotiable
