Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in a relevant field from a reputed recognized University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 8 years of progressive experience in M&E
∎ Minimum 3 years of experience in senior position in large and complex project comparable with LEAN
∎ Experience in real time monitoring system development and implementation
∎ Experience in developing TOR, selecting and supervising consultants engaged for various surveys
∎ Experience in results-based measurement methodologies and feedback management
∎ Demonstrated experience in applying qualitative/participatory research methods; linking planning to M&E; results-based approaches;
∎ Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages, experience in handling of web-based management systems; proficiency in using statistical analysis software; qualitative data analysis software will be an asset;
