Job Responsibilities:
∎ Their job includes for Marketing of SHARIF:
∎ Organizing rental property for showing the clients and visits all of the client target
∎ Demonstrating and presenting property issues
∎ Maintaining accurate records
∎ Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
∎ Reviewing rental performance
∎ Negotiating contracts with rental agreements
∎ Promotional prospects are excellent - progression can be into senior rental property roles or into related employment areas such as marketing or management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 25 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Height - 5 feet 2 inches minimum
∎ Health- Average and slim healthy is better but not very thin and heavy.
∎ Body Color- Average
∎ Dress -Shirt and pant, tie and blazer is better for smart job &
∎ Muslim dress-salowar camij and scarf for coordinator only.
∎ Speaking capability- clear and very cordially responsive words.

∎ Shoe - High hill is not allowed and applicant has to maintain shoe or better slipper.
∎ Not Allowed - Any Student or Trainee girl or Subsidiary job finder .
∎ Disqualifications- Angry, Slave language use, Personal phone long time at duty times, personal relation try to any client, personal impression showing girl are not allowed for this profession.

∎ Salary range-Negotiable but applicant have to mention expected salary range on their CV must for interview.
