∎ Chartered Accountancy Course Completed will be considered an added advantage.

Job Context:
∎ Coordinator/Manager -Communications, Admin, Fund Raising and Monitoring
∎ Work Station: Initially should be stationed in Chattogram, Ghashful, Head Office for at least six months to one year. If Dhaka Region office is opened, should be prepared to look after office opening and running with maintaining liaison with HO. If necessary, regular field visits and HO visit should be taken without hesitation.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Play a lead role to prepare content of dynamic website with technical assistance from consultants and internal stakeholders. And, to update regularly website info with assistance from internal stakeholders.
∎ To prepare Annual Report with coordinating with internal stakeholders.
∎ To establish and make functional mechanisms for Communication, Branding of Ghashful.
∎ To understand HR and Admin of Ghashful HO, eventually to assist HO from Dhaka Region office. With the aim to strengthen its visibility, goodwill and credibility in line with its values, vision, mission, goals and relevant country laws.
∎ To understand Ghashful Microcredit program and Social Development Program, and ensure sustainability of Ghashful. Align fund raising activities and communications with organizational strategy.
∎ Research and build networks for access to funding . Scoping funding opportunities from Banks, Development Partners, CSR from Corporates, Donations etc. And, to play a keyrole to raise fund and liaise with stakeholders and ensure sustainability of Ghashful.
∎ Lead the team and provide technical support for proposal writing within the time line.
∎ To review products of Ghashful Microcredit Program client's products produces, crafts etc. and try to improve quality, establish market linkages and to initiate: online platform for e commerce.
∎ To help to establish Social Enterprises through forward/backward linkages.
∎ To assist Ghashful CEO, to monitor on site monitoring of operations through the Internal audit Review Management Committee.
∎ To assist Ghashful to prepare the MIS and AIS software.
∎ Monitor MIS and AIS for off-site monitoring on performance regularly to avoid unplanned outages and down times. Manage liaison with donor, international NGOs, government's counterparts, corporate partners and other stakeholders and respond accordingly.
∎ Maintain good communication and working relationship with all stake holders. Ensure proper and effective representation of the organization to the external stake holders.
∎ Any other assignment, as the management may authorize to do.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 7 Years in diversified and relevant field
∎ Skill:
∎ Excellent English spoken and writing.
∎ Confident and ability to lead process
∎ Coordinate with various stake holders within various stake holders within deadlines
∎ Analytical Communication skill
∎ Ability to work under pressure and target
