∎ NONGORis a voluntary, nonprofit, social development organization established since 2001, registered with NGOAB and different departments of the people`s republic of Bangladesh, NONGOR is an organization for sustainable development working in greater Chattogram division with a vision to build a society without poverty where everyone`s basic needs and rights are ensured. NONGOR going to implement WINROCK International supported and USAID funded a project title "To Speed up Prosecution Procedure for Preventing of Human Trafficking and Child Marriage and Follow-up Case Management Mechanisms (TIP)"
∎ NONGOR invites application from the experienced professionals with proven track record for the following position.
∎ Job location: Cox`s Bazar District.
∎ Duration: 14 Months
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinator (Trafficking) directly responsible to the Project Manager
∎ Developed a program implementation work plan daily/ weekly/ monthly for his/her team members and including own self.
∎ Ensure participation in different coordination and protection meetings in the Upazilla and District level and excellent rapport building with relevant stakeholders.
∎ Work in a team to produce programs that are satisfactory to all relevant parties in an organization, such as line managers, accountants and senior managers at board level.
∎ He must ensure the better intervention of all the tasks of this project such as (survey, different kinds of sessions, training and awareness program etc.)
∎ Must have ability to facilitate training for beneficiaries and staffs and hired resource person.
∎ Develop project plan & budget, program & training guideline and reports
∎ Maintain linkage with related GO, NGO, civil society and other stakeholders
∎ Provide direction and support to project team to ensure the standards of trafficking related project activities
∎ Ensure that the project activities comply with the policies and regulations of the donor and the organization
∎ Supervise, monitor and evaluate the project activities, work and performance of staff and take concrete steps to improve job performance and expected result.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 years' experience in the project management and preference will be given experience on Trafficking issues
∎ Sound knowledge and understanding on Trafficking issues and project cycle management
∎ Excellent skills on planning, analytical, organizational and decision making
∎ Good working relationships with colleagues, partners, external actors and allies
∎ Excellent communication skills including a high level of written and spoken English
∎ Conversant in common IT applications (MS word, Excel, MS power point, internet browsing & e-mail communications)
∎ Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Salary:
∎ Monthly consolidated salary BDT 66,132-69,439/-
