Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree from any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Enroll the graduates of HTI, HPI and external TVET institutes as clients;
∎ Arrange necessary job/ self-employment related soft skill training activities for the clients;
∎ Ensure job placement of the clients (HTI, HPI graduates and other external clients) through networking and liaison with employers;
∎ Provide business development support to clients in case of self-employment/ entrepreneurship development;
∎ Collect and update employee need of the targeted organizations/companies/factories.
∎ Arrange meetings with employers' association, company owners, corporate bodies to build relationship and linkage for new job opportunities;
∎ Ensure signing MoUs with employers for confirming decent jobs for clients;
∎ Update client's information regularly in the software;
∎ To build up new relationship with different public and private institutions/ organizations/ companies through frequent field visits and maintain regular communication and contact;
∎ Prepare program success stories and case studies on a regular basis;
∎ Maintain public relations and take necessary steps as needed;
∎ Prepare work plans, monthly reports, visit reports and submit to the supervisor;
∎ Prepare monthly requisition of the program;
∎ Assist in formulating and implementing new ideas in program activities;
∎ Update various registers and preserve all types of records related to program;
∎ Provide necessary information as per the demand of authority;
∎ Carry-out advertising activities of JBS as well as assist in the advertisement of other projects of the organization;
∎ Any other special task as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Preference will be given to the candidate who has experience in similar position.
∎ Age requirement will be relaxed for experienced candidates.
∎ Candidate should know how to ride a motorcycle with a valid driving license.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 22000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ After being permanent upon successful completion of probation period (six months), other benefits will be provided as per the organizational policy i.e. provident fund, gratuity, festival bonus, yearly increment, staff insurance (kormi Bima), medical allowance (Kormi Sohayota Tohobil) etc.
