Skills Required:

Additional Requirements:
  • Understanding and knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, building construction, building systems and site requirements.

  • Experience in working on LEED Certified/Green project will add advantage.

  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office suite is required

  • Ability to provide elegant and efficient design solutions.

  • Strong knowledge about project management, resource planning and project costing.

  • Strong presentation, report writing and negotiation skills.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • High attention to detail.

  • Effective interpersonal skills and collaborative management style to include teamwork and team building ability.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • To act as the Project Manager of the project assigned by the management.

  • To define project scope, set objectives, establish timelines, identify necessary resources for successful completion and determine budgets.

  • To prepare the drawings and specification documents for the Conceptual Design Phase, Schematic Design Phase, and/or the Detailed Design Phase of a project.

  • To coordinate with the Consultant(s) for drawing and decision collection.

  • To supervise the construction works follows approved plans, maintains proper specifications.

  • To monitor all changes/modification of drawing for preparation of as-built drawing.

  • To preserve all forms of drawings and approvals for project documentation.

  • To ensure stakeholder engagement, manage project meetings and reports, and communicate project updates to the team and to the management.

  • To set milestones, establish deadlines, and coordinate with the team.

  • To monitor progress, report to stakeholders, and take corrective actions as needed.
