∎ Minimum Graduate (Diploma in Hotel Management & Hospitality is preferable).
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Hotel Management, Proven track record as a General Manager at International Hotels
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Hotel
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and prepare checklist of jobs and tasks for pre opening hotels.
∎ Coordinate to accomplish the jobs and tasks as per time line.
∎ Budget preparation for the Pre-opening phase.
∎ Budgeting for the first 12 months of hotel’s operations.
∎ Establishing a corporate identity and marketing campaign.
∎ Preparation and implementation of the opening ceremony like “Soft opening/Grand opening”.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 15 year(s) in related field especially per-opening experience more than 05 hotels (4/5 star)
∎ English Fluency and Computer Literacy must.
∎ Outside Travel as per requirement.
∎ Required Experiences of 4/5 star treated hotel.
Salary: Negotiable
