Educational Requirements:
∎ Post graduate degree especially M.A in English/ M.Sc. in Health Science related discipline from a recognized university will be preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide necessary secretarial support to the conference organizing committee including of taking notes and preparing correspondence,
∎ Handle incoming and outgoing mail and attend telephone calls and screen all queries regarding the conference,
∎ Render travel support to potential conference visitors,
∎ Communication with other departments and organizations on behalf of conference organizers,
∎ Arrange meetings and prepare, maintain records and share those when and where necessary (both hard and soft copy),
∎ Ensure accurate and timely correspondence,
∎ Maintain correspondence on criteria basis like urgent, confidential etc. and communicate with concerned personnel as and when needed,
∎ Maintain appointments and share with relevant committees,
∎ Follow up deadlines along with related personnel,
∎ Assist in day to day activities,
∎ Report on incoming and outgoing correspondence,
∎ Regular updates of contact database,
∎ Maintaining communication with various stakeholders related to the conference,
∎ Prepare report, letter, business correspondence etc both in English and Bangla independently,
∎ Deal with incoming email, faxes and posts,
∎ Should be able to maintain discretion,
∎ Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations,
∎ Any other tasks assigned by organizing committee.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English,
∎ Must have sound knowledge on computing,

Salary: Tk. 26306 (Monthly)
