Educational Requirements:

Job Context:
∎ Job Location:Country Office, Dhaka, Bangladesh
∎ Report to: Head of Program Design and Continuous Improvement
∎ Tenure of Services Contract: 02 Years. May be extended based on satisfactory performance and availability of fund.
∎ Working Conditions: The position will be Country Office based but required to visit field minimum 30% of working time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience:
∎ Minimum five (05) years of professional experience in the substantive technical area of adolescent and youth development and gender mainstreaming.
∎ Strong technical knowledge in the science and application of social and behavioral change in the area of adolescent and women rights, health services, youth and adolescent development and gender issues. Knowledge on project management and reporting.
∎ Language and Skills:
∎ Position requires both English and Bangla at advance level.
∎ Standard command in MS word, Excel, PowerPoint, SPSS and Mail Communication.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 85864 (Monthly)
∎ Monthly Gross Salary BDT 85,864 (Taka eighty-five thousand eight hundred and sixty-four only).
