Responsibilities & Context:
Prepare fast food items according to standard recipes and taste
Ensure food quality, freshness, and hygiene at all times
Handle cooking, frying, grilling, and basic food preparation
Maintain cleanliness of the food cart, utensils, and work area
Manage raw materials and reduce food waste
Follow food safety and hygiene rules
Assist in daily opening and closing of the food cart
Coordinate with the owner on menu and daily requirements
Maintain speed and consistency during busy hours
