Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) is preferred but not less than graduation.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Building company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees; enforcing ethical business practices.
∎ Should be capable to correspondence/ negotiate with Buyer/ Agents in procuring orders and arrange timely deliveries by follow-up production.
∎ Build a strong culture of accountability and teamwork among employees.
∎ Ensure Sales & operational excellence by spearheading the development, communication and implementation of best in class strategies and processes in the areas of forecasting and planning, production, sourcing and logistics.
∎ In conjunction with the Board and other key members of the senior management team develop the company's Annual Operating Plan/Budget including details of projected results, strategies to achieve them, timelines, risks and resources.
∎ Establish and measure key operational performance indicators for the organization and adjust operational tactics to achieve agreed upon performance goals.
∎ Define monthly reporting requirements for all Sales & Operations functions and provide timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating condition of the company.
∎ Remain knowledgeable of market and industry trends, competitors and all aspects of the groups target market.
∎ Facilitates the integration of company into the community by using effective marketing and communications activities.
∎ Handling Business Development, Lead the Management and Sales & Marketing Team, Lead the e-marketing project implementation, Accounts, Design implementation, New Brand Marketing Solution etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 37 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in Trims, Packaging & Accessories facility in similar position at least 5 years.
∎ Business acumen and strategic skills.
∎ Belief in Culture and change management.
∎ Commitment to promote organizational values.
∎ Personal attributes should include qualities such as consistency, willingness to learn and flexibility, capacity to manage confidential information, cultural sensitivity, able to follow through with difficult issues in an open and professional manner.
∎ Excellent command over written and spoken English to write resolutions, reports, memos, comprehensive proposals, presentations and conduct telephonic communications etc.
∎ Good computer literacy.
∎ Having can do attitude.
