Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Linguistics, or related fields (Master's Degree, a plus)

∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Content Production:
∎ Copywriting, reviewing and proofreading creative content and designs for website and other marketing collateral
∎ Video content production - preparing and editing scripts, subtitles; coordinating with the videographer to plan and initiate video content production tasks
∎ Prepare monthly content and follow-through
∎ Preparing case studies based on available data and information
∎ Writing blogs/articles on relevant topics and optimizing them for better reach
∎ Writing content for Southtech products and corporate brochures, flyers, leaflets, banners, posters, etc.
∎ Taking part in the making of informative product demo, promo and tutorial videos; providing voiceover when necessary
∎ SEO & Website Management:
∎ Adding and updating content on the company WordPress site
∎ Designing/redesigning website content using Elementor, looking after and managing other relevant plugins
∎ Optimizing copy, images and landing pages for search engine optimization
∎ Performing ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities
∎ Reviewing blogs, designs, infographics, video content and so on before it gets published on the website or social media
∎ Ensuring that all content on the website meets the required SEO standards, ensuring the optimum user experience
∎ Performing on-page and off-page SEO activities
∎ General Tasks:
∎ Coordinating all marketing activities during any indoor or outdoor events/fairs/expos
∎ Keeping track of all marketing collateral; coordinating and following up with different external vendors for printing, publishing, etc.
∎ Following up with the accounts team for any marketing related expenses and payments
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Portfolio of previous work, published articles.
∎ Experience doing research using multiple sources.
∎ Strong content writing skills.
∎ Strong editing skills.
∎ Strong Research & Analytical Skills.
∎ Solid understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
∎ Communication skills.
∎ Organizational & Interpersonal skills.
∎ Tech-savvy with the ability to make complex technical matters easy-to understand even for non-technical people.
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Experience in Public Relations (PR) is preferred.
∎ Portfolio of previous work.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Remuneration and benefits package including competitive salary
∎ Two bonuses per year (per bonuses will be equal one month's basic salary)
