Additional Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 35 years
  • Minimum 3–5 years of professional content writing experience, preferably in advertising, development, or nonprofit sectors.
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling ability in Bangla.
  • Understanding brand marketing strategies.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to link content with organizational goals.
  • Passion for humanitarian causes, healthcare, and social impact communication.
  • Willingness to visit outside of Dhaka at times for crafting stories from rural areas.


Responsibilities & Context:

Content Development & Storytelling

  • Create engaging, clear, and impactful content for websites, blogs, social media, newsletters, brochures, reports, and press releases.
  • Develop donor stories, patient success narratives, and awareness-focused articles for fundraising and advocacy.
  • Conduct interviews with patients, donors, and medical staff to produce authentic storytelling pieces.

Awareness & Educational Content

  • Design educational initiatives on thalassemia prevention and safe blood donation, breaking myths and inspiring action.
  • Produce well-researched content for online campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) and offline communication materials.

Campaign & Strategy

  • Contribute to the content and communication strategy, aligning messaging with organizational goals.
  • Plan, design, and execute content calendars in coordination with digital and design teams.
  • Support fundraising and awareness campaigns with targeted content strategies.
  • Monitor trends, audience behavior, and campaign impact to refine strategies.

Collaboration & Media Outreach

  • Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure integrated campaigns.
  • Coordinate with volunteers and stakeholders to gather field stories and best practices.
  • Support media outreach plans, ensuring media visibility and monitoring coverage.

Editing & Quality Assurance

  • Edit and proofread all communication for accuracy, tone, grammar, and alignment with brand voice.
  • Ensure content is culturally sensitive, inclusive, and authentic.

Brand & Communication Strategy

  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines, templates, and messaging frameworks.
  • Ensure consistent brand identity across all communication channels.
  • Provide input into long-term brand communication strategies to strengthen reputation and visibility.
