  • Answer phone calls and handles customers inqueries related to organisation's services

  • Manage and resolve customers compliants and request

  • Provide service information to customers

  • Input new customers information and update related database in the system

  • Follow up customers where necessary

  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures complete after call works
