Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Textile Engineering.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Review worksheet from TSD and perform the test as per customer requirement and SOP.
∎ Operate assigned laboratory test equipment in physical test area like Martindale Pilling Tester, ICI Pilling Tester, Snagging tester, Elmendorf Tear Tester, Sample Cutter, Tensile Tester, Bursting Tester, Random Tumble Pilling tester, Accelerator, extension tester, stretch & Recovery tester, children safety apparatus, Wascator, Whirlpool, house hold washing Machine, Spray Rating Tester, Safeguard tester, Color Matching Cabinet, Tumble Dryer and others equipment related with physical & dimensional change related test.
∎ Perform all physical tests related with equipment mentioned above following submitted instructions/standard method.
∎ Make report raw data depends on test application form and Submission
∎ Upload the test results in system as per test and test raw data.
∎ Give required information about the process of jobs to superior
∎ Maintain rules of laboratory management system ISO 17025.
∎ Make a good cooperation in laboratory and assuring good work environment.
∎ Follow all safety rules and protect self as required and instructed.
∎ Follow all the rules and regulations of the laboratory.
∎ Check the accuracy label/working status of authorized machine and notice to the concern in-charge in case of any results dribbling.
∎ Exhaustion of consumables always has to be intimated in very well advance to the immediate superior
∎ Perform any other task assigned by the Team Leader/Physical Lab Manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2-4 years' experience will be given preference.
∎ Good learning and application attitude.
∎ Should have experience in operating assigned Physical laboratory test equipment's.
∎ Hard working & positive mentality.
