Responsibilities.

• Counsel clients for student, tourist & immigration visa processing

• Handle queries via phone, email & social media

• Prepare documentation & follow up with clients

• Maintain client records and ensure timely support

• Build good client relationships

Additional Requirements:

• Minimum HSC or Bachelor’s degree

• Good communication skills in Bengali and English

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email, Facebook)

• Positive attitude, team player, and result-oriented mindset
