Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall dyeing department.
∎ Responsible for set up SOP of R & D, Lab (Chemical), Lab (Physical), Quality departments and all textile process.
∎ To analyze the problems which are frequently faced in the factory and to fix the issues.
∎ To make analyzes in order to develop new qualities which are desired to produce in factory.
∎ Ensure to man optimization as per plan and 100% dyeing production on time.
∎ To guide the respective person to achieve their target.
∎ Lead the laboratory team and check the chemical and physical tests results of all produced fabric and to ensure that the produced fabrics meet customer's standards.
∎ Co-ordinate with knitting division, planning division and respective merchandiser of the buyer for ensuring 100% dyeing quality, shade matching, and GSM.
∎ To responsible for fabric control processes, customer technical services and maintaining the continuity of product standards, continuous improvement of dyeing production.
∎ Responsible for reducing wastage as per (time/man/machine) and process loss of dyeing.
∎ To train the team members about the processes to increase their awareness and technical knowledge.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Having vast knowledge of the Dyeing operation process.
∎ Foreigner also can apply.

∎ Negotiable
