Job Context

• Tearfund Bangladesh is seeking a competent and dynamic Consultant to provide technical support in developing high-quality grant proposals and concept notes in line with donor guidelines. The consultant will review proposals based on technical feedback, submit final drafts to Tearfund, and build partner capacity for concept development aligned with jointly identified strategies. Additionally, the consultant will facilitate grant completion processes, analyze donor feedback—particularly from unsuccessful submissions—and document lessons learned to improve future proposal quality and alignment with donor priorities.
