Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Agriculture (Major in Animal Science)

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead the Nutrition Department in terms of Feed formulations, research & development, technical servicing to the large farm segment.
∎ To supervise all the Animal Nutritionists of the Department.
∎ To ensure integrity of all feed products in terms of formulations, quality, cost savings & performances.
∎ Conduct farm visits, performance evaluation & monitoring, complaints handling, personnel training, trial setup.
∎ To provide direction & guidance for the Nutrition Department in terms of budget, key result areas, key performance indicators & performance evaluations.
∎ Will be responsible for the motivation & effective engagement of the respective Department employees.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Job location: Factory site and Dhaka (Head Office).

Salary: Negotiable
