∎ Consultant for the Development of Questionnaires, Data Analysis and Report Writing on Sponsored Market Research Project.
∎ Mitra and Associates (www.mitrabd.com) is a pioneer private survey research organization and carried out more than 200 quantitative and qualitative projects since 1983 sponsored by the Government of Bangladesh, USAID, World Bank, UNICEF, UNDP, FAO, IFAD, Asian Development Bank, IUB. University of North Carolina and etc. We are going to hire some consultant on `no-work-no-payment` basis for conducting market research.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Situation Analysis of Market for Consumer Product (i.e. 'X')
∎ Risk Factors Analysis for Counterfeit or Lookalike Product
∎ Brand position, market dynamics, consumer preferences and risk factors like counterfeit or lookalike product
∎ Availability and visibility analysis to determine the status of product X's availability in the market.
∎ Market share assessment of product X with competitors to perceive current market share and competitiveness in product X market (Off take status, ND WD (Numeric and Weighted Distribution), Shelf Share, Out of Stock Status etc.)
∎ To understand the usage behavior of X products among consumers, including brand preference, reasons for purchasing and consumption habits
∎ Investigate the source of supply for X products, including manufacturers, distributors, and retailers
∎ Measure Top of Mind Awareness (TOMA) and share of voice amongst trader and consumers
∎ Measure price sensitivity of product X among consumers
∎ Evaluate the quality of the packaging of product X and EQ Index
∎ Assess the level of service provided by product X and competitors to traders, examining aspects such as order fulfillment: customer support, and overall trader-satisfaction
∎ Identify any potential counterfeit or lookalike X products bearing the product X brand name

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
