Technical/Professional Requirements

• Five or more years of experience as a lead business developer or manager in a successful Survey Research Organization and Information Communication Technology (ICT) company.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work in a startup environment, hands-on attitude.
• Basic understanding of the Socio-economic survey based Research/Consultancy and Information Technology.
• Excellent knowledge in Computer, Power Point Creation and Presentation
• A proven ability to sell solutions is essential for this role.

Experience Requirements

•  At least 5 years of professional experience as a lead Business Developer/Marketing Manager with Socio-economic survey based Research/Consultancy and Information Technology ICT related software development companies
• Expellant command in English for writing proposal and communicating with the clients
• Owning of motorcycle with valid driving license is an advantage.

Recruitment of A Lead Business Manager 

We would like to recruit a Lead Business Manager for both the Mitra and Associates (MAA) and Global Software Architects (GSA). Mitra and Associates is the parent organization of GSA and has been providing sponsored survey research based services in the field of socio-economic development to the clients including Govt. of Bangladesh, international donor, UN agencies, national and international Universities and professional consultancy firm since 1984. On the other hand, since 2004, GSA has been providing IT related software development and solutions services to the international and national clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Generating new ideas for business development through market research
• Organizing project based skilled human resources (consultant/expert) including capturing new ideas for business development and implanting the ideas
• Organizing preparation of proposal (technical and financial proposal, and EoI)
• Tracking business opportunities through internet/email, telephone and physical visit
• Providing follow-up services to the existing clients
• Corporate marketing including assessing requirements (survey research and software development) in conjunction with clients.
• Overall ownership for setting the terms between client and the company.
• Managing the deal and contract process, and ensuring that overall business requirements are reflected not just in the agreement, but also through the implementation stages.
• Project presentation and training of the project user
