Development organization, INGO, Research and Consulting Firms
Job Responsibilities:
∎ As an individual consultant, you'll need to:
∎ Prepare technical proposals as per the requirement of the RFP (Request for Proposal) or ToR (Terms of Reference) for the quantitative and qualitative surveys, and presentations to the technical team of the sponsoring agency on the proposal.
∎ Providing technical support for finalization of the survey questionnaires/tools/guidelines
∎ Report writing on the basis of survey findings and, presentation of the report and recommendations to clients
∎ Area of specialization: Consultants are welcome from these areas of expertise, relative experience, and adequate specialization knowledge:
∎ Health, Population, Nutrition, Public Health, Education, Demography Urban health project, EPI (Expanded Programme on Immunization), MNCH (Maternal, Neonatal and Child Health), SRH (Sexual and Reproductive Health), VAWG (violence against women), WASH (Water Sanitation and Hygiene), Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries, Market and Product , Market and audit, , Education, Gender and Women Development, Migration, Environmental Migration, Garments sector-based research, Income Expenditure, Media and Social communication, Communication (Behavior Change Communication ), Law and Order, Covid-19, Rohingya Issues, Feasibility Study, Rural development and rural infrastructure, Socio-economic development, Women and child, Microfinance, Climate Change, Slums, Chattagram Hill Tracks, Poverty Eradication, etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 50 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 8 years' working experience in project management in national or international organizations.
∎ Sound understanding of computer soft wares/packages (SPSS, CsPro, Excel, SaS etc.) for data processing, analysis and tabulation
∎ The ability to work as part of a team
∎ Interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
∎ Creativity and innovation
∎ Problem-solving and strategic planning ability
∎ Analytical skills
∎ Flexibility
∎ The ability to cope with pressure and challenges
∎ Awareness and understanding of research firm environments.
∎ Sound understanding of project management, data collection, M&E and data analysis
∎ Proven track record of reporting, documentation, and research material & tools development.
∎ Excellent communication skills both in Bangla and English.
∎ Ability to manage and follow-up with clients for designing, printing, video documentation, and material preparation
∎ skills in MS Office (both Bangla and English typing)
