Additional Requirements:
Expertise in developing training manuals and materials for youth and/or grassroots volunteers.
Strong facilitation skills, with experience engaging and motivating youth participants.
Knowledge of SRHR issues, particularly in the context of low socio-economic urban areas.
Excellent communication and report-writing skills in English.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in SRHR, youth engagement, or related fields.
Responsibilities & Context:
Objective of the Consultancy:
The objective of this consultancy is to develop and conduct a comprehensive three-day training program for the youth volunteers, focusing on leadership, public speaking, networking, and advocacy. The consultant will work closely with Community Access Team to finalize the training content, conduct the training, and ensure skill development that will empower youth volunteers to better advocate for SRHR in their communities and with the stakeholders.
