∎ Course completed from any Computer Academy (Basic Computer)
Experience Requirements:

Job Context:
∎ Computer Operator
∎ Office Working Hours: 10 AM to 9 PM
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate will be Computer Operator cum Office Assistant.
∎ Typing speed at least 25-35 words per minute (Both Bangla and English).
∎ IT knowledge (Printer, Scanner, Computer Problem solving, Photo Copier, and good knowledge of email).
∎ Secretarial Functions (Official Letter writing, File Management, Office Tasks, etc.)
∎ Prepare, Maintain & file various documents in Office Register (Passport, Visa, etc.)
∎ Documentation, File Scanning, Data Managing on the system (RAMS-Management Software, Excel & Word)
∎ Responsible for receiving & dispatching letters, messages, and documents by keeping Register records.
∎ Identify customer needs, clarify information and provide solutions with an appropriate and professional attitude.
∎ Handle all phone calls with greetings in a professional way and transfer the calls to the right person.
∎ Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
∎ Providing customer service, in order to portray a positive image of the company.
∎ Report time to time to the team leader for complicated issues.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.

∎ Skills Required: Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator, Capable of operating Web Sites, COMPUTER OFFICE MANAGEMENT, Customer Support, Data Entry Operator (Both English & Bengali), Graphic Designer
∎ Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Communication skill, Computer Operator, Ms Office Suite
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manpower Recruitment, Overseas Companies, Travel Agent
∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Good interpersonal communication skills.
∎ Must have standard typing Speed in English, Bengali & Arabic
∎ Ability to work independently and under time pressure.
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Festival Bonus: 2 (Yearly)
∎ Probationary period: 3(Three) Months. After successful completion of the probationary period, salary will be increased as per the salary structure of the organization. After confirmation as permanent staff, he will have entitled to two festival bonuses, Welfare facilities, and other benefits as per organization policy
