Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Assist to Implement and manage an effective legal compliance program.
∎ • Assist to Develop and review company policies and procedures for compliance issues as requirement of Labor Law & Rules, Buyers' COC, Industry criteria etc.
∎ • Develop and prepare the factory with all required documents for all compliance related audits
∎ • Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations.
∎ • Responsible for handling and facing of all compliance and safety audits including (RSC, Nirapon, WRAP, SEDEX, BSCI, Better Work, SLCP, GOTS, OCS, GRS, RCS, SCAN Security, Worldly vFEM, technical audit and different relevant Buyers CoC audit.
∎ • Develop and prepare all corrective action plans based on audit findings and improvement areas and submit it on time to the audit firms/Buyers.
∎ • Responsible for coordinating real time uploading of Nirapon’s 90 Days management guidance reports and documents
∎ • Resolve employee concerns about legal compliance.
∎ • To ensure health and safety practices in the factory through monitoring and coordinate the fire safety officers as well
∎ • Conduct internal audit to find out improvement areas of the factory and resolve them in a sustainable way
∎ • Make a training plan to conduct various training program to the workers and staff about social/ethical compliance and company CoC and ensure all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes.
∎ • Maintaining liaison with different stakeholders related with the factory
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ • Age 25 to 35 years.
∎ • Must be Proficient in MS Office
∎ • Excellent communication in Bangla and English both
