Responsibilities & Context:

• Mobilize community members and support participatory engagement in project activities.

• Assist in formation and strengthening of SHGs, CBOs, and other community groups.

• Facilitate basic training sessions, awareness meetings on livelihood, nutrition, hygiene, financial literacy and climate resilience.

• Support community assessments, data collection, documentation and reporting.

• Encourage community participation in savings and income-generating activities.

• Coordinate with CDOs, local leaders, government bodies and stakeholders.

• Provide follow-up support to groups and beneficiaries to ensure continuous engagement.

• Support organization of community events, meetings and field sessions.

• Interpret and communicate project messages in local languages and cultural contexts.

• Perform other duties as assigned by project supervisors
