Job Context:
∎ Job Title: Community Mobilizer - Shelter Assistance for Forcibly Displaced Rohingya and Host Populations in Bangladesh.
∎ Responsible to: Project Manager
∎ Project Duration: 01 Feb 2021 to 30 Jun 2021 (5 Months)
∎ Job Location: (Closer to the project site)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible to implement the project activities as front line worker.
∎ Facilitate community mobilization activities including site selection, coordination and community engagements
∎ Support the project technical team to construct the standard shelter at Host and Rohingya communities.
∎ Collect the information on Most Vulnerable Household (MVH) in camp and Host Community level as well project catchment area.
∎ Coordination and liaison with different stakeholders including Project participants, community leaders, Maji, union and Upazila stakeholders including local Government.
∎ Conduct HHs Survey, KII, FGD and apply the related social survey method
∎ Select beneficiaries using appropriate tools both for host communities and Rohingya communities.
∎ Organize the different awareness session, training, meeting, workshop and orientations with different stakeholders at field level to ensure the quality implementation.
∎ Maintain liaison between field and project office for timely supply.
∎ Provide support to project management to ensure the standards of the project activities
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management
∎ Provide logistic support to implement Rohingya support project.
∎ Develop the activities plan and Conduct PDM, as well as monitoring with targeted beneficiaries.
∎ Prepare beneficiaries list and muster roll and progress reports.
∎ Maintain linkage with related GO, NGO, civil society and other stakeholders
∎ Any other duties commensurate with the accountabilities of the post.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 years job experience in the development field along with relevant experience specially response program
∎ Ability to communicate in local dialect (Chittagonian Dialect).
∎ Good working relationships with colleagues, external actors and allies
∎ Excellent communication skills including a high level of written and spoken in Bangla
∎ Ability to prioritize tasks, work under pressure and meet deadlines

∎ Salary: 30,000 (BDT.) Per Month

Donor brief: Human Relief Foundation is a charity set up by the United Kingdom in 1991. For over two decades Human Relief Foundation has been instrumental in saving lives & relieving suffering in some of the poorest regions of the world. HRF responds to the emergency situations by providing aid to the damaged areas in different parts of the world, and it tries to reduce the major losses caused by these disasters. HRF has been implementing a Multi Sector Assistance for Displaced Rohingya Refuges and Host Community Populations in Bangladesh for the Rohingya Community and Host communities in Cox’s Bazar Bangladesh. The project will be implemented through local partners who have relevant experience and expertise.
