Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree - in Agriculture, Forestry, Community Development/ Population Studies/ Social Science/ Development studies and or related subject. Professional level in MS Office package.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement the project activities as per the approved plan and set work plan.
∎ Monitor the activity plan and keep regular update of achievement tracker.
∎ Prepare monthly progress report at the field level and provides data on project issues.
∎ Provide support to organize training and workshop at the field level on project different subjects.
∎ Identify community support system to implement project in good manner.
∎ Create awareness among community and project stakeholders.
∎ Maintain good communication with community and filed level project stakeholders.
∎ Building up capacity of project beneficiaries on required different skills and match making and negotiation with respective stakeholders (included service providers, market actors and financial service providers)
∎ Coordinate and follow-up regularly on a daily basis with community and project stakeholders.
∎ Organize community to provide support for different need assessment for project activities
∎ Help to develop assessment report.
∎ Provide support at the community level for organizing events, work related activities and training when required and data collection as per direction of project Manager or Project officer
∎ Collect good case studies from the field.
Additional Requirements:
∎ A minimum of 3 years' experience in the agriculture, livelihood, skill development, market linkage, community mobilization.
∎ Excellent training and facilitation skills including experience in skill development, market linkage, value chain analysis.
∎ Community development skills, including participatory community assessment and planning techniques, with skills in capacity building of communities and experience of working with different projects groups such as livelihoods, skill development and cash for work.
∎ Fluent in English, Bengali native speaker, Chittagonian desirable
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ 12 months national employment contract with salary range BDT. 40,000/- to BDT. 50,000/- including all benefits (PF, Gratuity, Festival Bonus, Insurance and others as per HR policy). Based on fund availability and individual performance, the contract would be extended.
