Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ HSC with at least 1 year experience in the relevant jobs

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ He/she participates to the collection of data and to the identification of the beneficiaries within the communities.
∎ Identification of target groups through the communities.
∎ Maintaining Communication with Community leaders (Majhi, Religious Leader and etc).
∎ Collect accurate data at the community level.
∎ Assist in conducting baseline survey.
∎ Organize Meeting and training
∎ Take part in the shelter distribution and other distribution
∎ Monitoring the labor in the field and assist in the labor payment

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Advocacy, Data Collection, Community Engagement, IT Knowledge

Salary: Negotiable
