Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor Degree in Sociology, Social Welfare or other relevant discipline

∎ Access Bangladesh Foundation is a leading national NGO dedicated to promote equality for persons with disabilities in all spheres of life, through education, health care, appropriate training, employment, communication, and barrier free environment.
∎ Job Location: Dhamrai Upazila under Dhaka District
∎ Employment Status: Contractual (31 December, 2021)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Form Self-help groups at project locations
∎ Conduct group meetings
∎ Visit household frequently
∎ Arrange training, meetings, workshops and other events
∎ Collect data of beneficiaries
∎ Prepare events reports
∎ Prepare monthly and quarterly plan and reports
∎ Assist Project Coordinator to prepare monthly, quarterly and others report in time.
∎ Provide capacity building sessions to persons with disabilities on different right based issues.
∎ Preserve program documents & reports.
∎ Write case studies
∎ Maintain communication with beneficiaries, community people, local administration and other stakeholders
∎ Undertake any other tasks assigned by the supervisor in the interest of project.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ At least 3 year(s) working experience in the field level of Non-profit organizations
∎ Candidates having valid motorcycle driving license are encourage to apply
∎ Ability to work in a team; under time pressure; and long office hour when needed
∎ Have ability to analyze complex problems, evaluate alternatives and implement
∎ Have skills on creative recommendations, organize work, set priorities, meet deadlines, and complete assignments with minimal supervision
∎ Have excellent knowledge on MS Office
∎ Excellent language skills both English and Bengali
∎ Honest and high level of integrity
∎ Need to be highly motivated and committed to Access Bangladesh's vision, mission, and improve the lives of the most vulnerable and marginalized people
Salary:
∎ Tk. 14,000-14,700 (Monthly gross)
