Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Master Degree in Education, Social Science or equivalent field experience. Qualifications may be relaxed to the candidates, who have adequate knowledge and experience of the position.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement community mobilization, community partnership and advocacy strategy as per program design.
∎ Prepare a detail program implementation plan for the project for operating advocacy, community awareness and media campaign
∎ Identify the important issues from the vulnerable areas for implementation with input from the technical team of UNICEF and design activities according to project needs.
∎ Establish and maintain positive working relationships with schools, like minded organizations, childcare facilities, community agencies, and community groups to educate and train
∎ Assist in developing different training courses and training materials for the project in the areas of community mobilization and advocacy.
∎ Conduct Upazila and District level consultations/ reviews and roundtable discussions.
∎ Organize and conduct meeting, session, workshops and training for the Community people and stakeholders.
∎ Monitor and provide continuous support to the field level awareness raising program.
∎ Provide regular support and supervision to the field employees for community mobilization and advocacy components.
∎ Assist to prepare monthly and periodical narrative reports for UNICEF and other program reports as needed and ensure that these reports are properly reviewed and disseminated.
∎ Assist to conduct capacity assessment and prepare an inventory for the community mobilization and advocacy component's employees.
∎ Provide families with education regarding the dynamics of child abuse
∎ Encourage family to utilize recommended services
∎ Participate in scheduling and presenting educational/awareness activities and trainings
∎ Attend community meetings and network with local professionals
∎ Ensure frequent onsite field visit and provide continuous support to the Program Organizers and Learning Center Teachers and share with Upazila Coordinators.
∎ Committed to protect sexual exploitation and abuse (PSEA) and to ensure effective action is taken when problems occur.
∎ Commitment to gender equality and the values of the organization
∎ Perform any other assignment given by the project management and the organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have at least 5 year experience in NGO in Education sector.
Salary: Tk. 45000 (Monthly)
