Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's in sociology, anthropology, English, or any other relevant subject from any reputed public university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Public speaking skills and comfortable working with groups(small and large)
∎ Knowledge of community groups and strong ambition to connect with groups
∎ Provides expertise in the development, organization, administration and execution of special events and keeping pre and post event details.
∎ Contributes and helps implement plans to engage stakeholders, ISP and Outreach Workers.
∎ Liaise with internal departments, UNO, CiC, ACiC, respective committees and external clients to facilitate the coordination of event production.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills in establishing successful working relationships both internally and externally.
∎ Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines for events.
∎ Identify and implement improvement strategies and best practices.
∎ Recruit, train and supervise volunteers and support staff to assist with special events and other activities aligning with the agency's opportunities for volunteer engagement.
∎ Responsible for ensuring data regarding stakeholders and events on the Foundation database is current and accurate, including all data entry and information updates.
∎ Monitor and supervise regular activities in field level and reporting to management.
∎ Liaison between management and filed level Staffs as well as Outreach Workers.
∎ Regular primary data update to ONA/Kobo/others.
∎ Knowledge on Logbook and loop register and IFC register and others
∎ Liaison and maintain an excellent relationship between the local govt. and all of existing authority.
∎ Prepare Monthly Plan and submit report on due time
∎ Assist to DPM as per project needs
∎ Other duties and work as assigned by Management
∎ Key Competencies:
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills
∎ Experience with database management.
∎ Make a hardship and have positive mentality to take workload
∎ Proficiency in the use of all Microsoft Office applications.
∎ Proven ability to establish effective working relationships with all levels of management, ISP and volunteers
∎ Strong organizational (time management), analytical, and problem-solving skills
∎ Ability to multi-task, manage and meet tight deadlines
∎ Must be able to work well independently and as a member of a team
∎ Motor Cycle driving license & Chittagonian Language is an asset.
∎ Reporting and Documentation;
∎ Assist to prepare monthly, quarterly and annual Narrative reports, Special report and collect and write-up case study/story as per project needs.
∎ Planning:
∎ Ensure Monthly work plan, quarterly and special field visit reporting.
∎ Safeguarding;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience:
∎ Minimum 05 years practical experience in NGO/INGO at same or similar positions.02 (two) years experience must be in Rohingya Response.
∎ Necessary skills:
∎ Research, and reporting writing.
∎ Good communication skills both in English & Bengali.
∎ Knowledge on local dialects (Cox's Bazar region/ Rohingya dialect) is an asset.
∎ Computer Skills along with Bengali Typing.

Salary: Tk. 63250 (Monthly)
