Additional Requirements:
  • Age 22 to 40 years
  • Strong understanding of community development principles and rural livelihoods.

  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in field settings.

  • Good planning, reporting, and documentation ability.

  • Fluency in Bangla and working knowledge of English.

  • Proficiency in computer applications (e.g., MS Word, Excel) is an advantage.

  • Willingness to travel to field sites and work under varying field conditions.

  • Must possess a valid motorcycle driving license; ability and willingness to travel frequently and work in remote field locations is mandatory



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Conduct community mobilization and awareness raising in target villages/communities.

  • Support formation and functioning of community groups, Self Help Groups (SHGs), and Community Based Organizations (CBOs).

  • Facilitate training sessions on socio-economic development, income-generating activities (IGAs), savings and credit, women’s empowerment, nutrition, and climate-smart agriculture.

  • Collect, maintain and report accurate field data regularly.

  • Support participatory planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of project activities.

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with community members, local leaders, government bodies, and stakeholders.

  • Assist in organizing community events, meetings, and advocacy activities.

  • Prepare monthly work plans, activity reports, and submit timely documentation to supervisors.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors for effective project delivery.
