Responsibilities & Context:
- Act as the primary point of contact for negotiations with publishers
- Lead negotiation meetings and present proposals to publishers
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with publishers
- Address concerns and maintain professional engagement throughout the partnership
- Conduct market research on publishers, pricing models, and industry trends
- Provide data-driven insights to inform negotiation strategies
- Review and finalize contracts ensuring legal compliance
- Advise on any legal issues during negotiations and post-agreement
- Analyze financial impacts and profitability of proposed agreements
- Ensure agreements align with organizational budget goals
- Manage all internal and external communication throughout the negotiation process
- Draft and send clear communications, keeping stakeholders informed
- Provide logistical support for negotiation meetings, both in-person and virtual
- Track important deadlines and maintain negotiation schedules
- Maintain accurate records of negotiations, agreements, and contracts
- Organize and store documents for future reference
- Work closely with legal, financial, and market research teams to craft negotiation strategies
- Ensure alignment of negotiations with company goals and objectives
- Quickly address any issues or concerns that arise during negotiations
- Ensure smooth resolution of conflicts to maintain positive relations with publishers
