Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), Master of Commerce (MCom)
∎ BBA or MBA preferred
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain records, documentation, prepare presentation, conduct research official communications etc
∎ Organize internal and external meetings, set up appointments, managing meeting calendar, collect necessary information, attend meetings with CEO (if necessary) & take notes on the discussion, prepare letters, mail etc. and promptly report office activities directly to CEO
∎ Administrative functions: coordinating interview, attendance management; monitor the decoration of CEO’s office, arrangement of refreshment for CEO’s guests, kitchen hygiene and disciplinary functions effectively.
∎ Distribute minutes of the meeting and follow-up its progress keeping liaison with the concerned department / officials.
∎ Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
∎ Corporate Communication & Media relations: Arrange fairs/events, brochure, banners, maintain media relations, contact sponsors, promote corporate offer
∎ Internal & External Communication: liaising with staff, suppliers and clients; Ticketing, Visa Formalities & Travel Arrangement
∎ Any special operation assigned by CEO
∎ Implement existing and new initiatives in business communications and customer relations
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent in computer operation: Good typing speed both in English and Bengali, Power Point, Excel etc
∎ Ability to communicate fluently in English & Bangla and good writing skill
∎ Well mannered and spoken
∎ Handling PBX, Fax, Email systems
∎ Prior secretarial/ HR experience (at least 2 years) in related job
∎ A self starter with Time Management skills and a sense of creativity
∎ Familiar with completing multiple tasks concurrently, willing to work long hours, if needed
∎ Must be energetic, sharp, on-time and very much organized
∎ Experience in customer service, graphics design and accounts software is an added advantage
Salary: Negotiable
