Job Responsibilities:
∎ Primary Responsibilities:
∎ The Communication Coordinator will help communicate Green Hill-Community Partners International (CPI)'s work and impact to key Bangladesh and international audiences. He/She will source compelling human/impact stories and support visual storytelling through photography and videography. He/She will help to create promotional/BCC/IEC materials/newsletters as per program need as well as support the development of GH-CPI's Bangladesh social media presence, and will support liaison with media outlets.
∎ Regular Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with GH-CPI staff and implementing partners to source and prepare engaging and compelling human/impact stories for marketing and communication purposes.
∎ Support the development and production of marketing and communication collateral, including print, digital and film, to highlight the organization's work and impact.
∎ Support the development of GH-CPI's social media and online presence in Bangladesh.
∎ Support GH-CPI's media relations in Bangladesh to build awareness and coverage of GH-CPI's work and impact.
∎ Coordinate with and support GH-CPI and partner staff in Bangladesh to ensure adherence to organization brand and style, guide standards, and the quality and consistency of marketing and communications materials.
∎ Translate materials between English, Bangla and Rohingya languages as required.
∎ Support partner/other organization communication needs as required.
∎ Support program team in organizing program events and capturing event photographs.
∎ Address and resolve any issues arising with communication content.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Minimum of 3 years' experience working in a similar position in communications departments in the nonprofit and/or private sector(s).
∎ Experience in photography and photo editing is an advantage.
∎ Experience in videography and video editing is an advantage.
∎ Experience in media relations in Bangladesh is an advantage.
∎ Familiarity with website content management systems is an advantage.
∎ English: (essential) working language.
∎ Bangla/Chitagonian dialect: (essential) local language.
∎ Essential computer literacy (word, excel, powerpoint and internet)
∎ G suite and online communication
∎ Competency on Adobe Creative Suite/Cloud applications (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.) is and advantage
∎ Demonstrated ability to develop engaging and compelling communications content.
∎ Strong writing, translation and editing skills in Bangla and English language
∎ Native-level spoken and written Bangla language skills
∎ Advanced spoken and written English language skills
∎ Creative, flexible, and goal-oriented.
∎ Able to juggle multiple priorities and work independently to meet deadlines.
∎ Willing and able to travel extensively in Bangladesh.
∎ Solid foundational skills in graphic design and desktop publishing, with a working knowledge of related software applications including the Adobe Creative Suite/Cloud.
∎ Be able to communicate with all parties (SMT, Ops, Programs, Support staff)
∎ Strong communication skills

∎ Behavioral flexibility
Salary: Tk. 55000 - 70000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Mobile bill, Weekly 2 holidays
