Additional Requirements: - Minimum SSC pass.
- Diploma in Hotel Management (Certified Professional Chef Course) will get preferences.
Responsibilities & Context: - Meet and exceed customer and team member expectations by providing Yes I Can! service and teamwork.
- To trim, clean and maintaining per stock portion of meat and fish.
- Receive deliveries of meat and inspect them to ensure that they adhere to the highest quality standards and are not expired.
- Prepares work checklist and organizes work stations for each shift, maintaining high levels of productivity and sanitation at all times.
- Consults with supervisor regarding menus, controls the portioning and rotation of foods to optimize food costs while maintaining the standards.
- Gives personal attention, takes personal responsibility and uses teamwork when providing guest service.
- Should have knowledge of using skewers, bone knives, twine and other tools to lace, tie and shape roasts as per requirement.
- Performs other duties required to provide the service brand behavior and genuine hospitality.
- Adheres to hotel policies and procedures
