Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ S.S.C/ Diploma in Food Production/ Certificate Course with minimum CGPA 2.5
∎ Knowledge of local health and safety regulations
∎ Culinary certificate, degree or equivalent experience
∎ 2 years progressive experience in high-volume kitchen
∎ Excellent oral and written communication skills
∎ Collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers
∎ Ability to multitask and work well under pressure

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
∎ Prepares appetizers, salads, vegetables, desserts for all restaurant guests
∎ Prepares all orders in a timely manner.
∎ Assists Chef in preparation of foods and set up for forecasted covers.
∎ Works in the designated station as set by Sous Chef
∎ Maintains cleanliness and stocking of coolers and storage areas.
∎ Requisitions food with necessary approvals according to policy
∎ Takes proper care of ranges, ovens, boilers, fryers, utensils and other equipment.
∎ Demonstrates teamwork by co-operating and assisting co-workers as needed
∎ Follows hotel grooming and hygiene standards.
∎ Minimizes food safety hazards by following all food safety rules and procedures.
∎ Keeps immediate manager promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance.
∎ Context:
∎ The incumbent will contribute to customer satisfaction by preparing and serving high quality food products in accordance with Brand’s standards
