Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and oversee import/export processes, ensuring timely documentation and compliance with international trade regulations.
∎ Negotiate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to streamline transactions and achieve cost efficiency.
∎ Handle bank communications for Letter of Credit (LC) and trade finance activities.
∎ Prepare and review commercial contracts, purchase orders, and invoices accurately.
∎ Monitor and track shipments, coordinating with logistics teams for timely deliveries.
∎ Stay updated with the latest trade regulations, tax laws, and customs procedures.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams such as procurement, sales, and finance to support operational needs.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and key stakeholders.
∎ Implement costeffective purchasing strategies to drive company profitability.
