Responsibilities & Context:
∎ A Commercial Manager must be highly qualified and experienced to ensure that all commercial aspects of the Company or Projects are properly managed and controlled, that commercial strategy is developed in accordance with the requirements of this job & capable to work with independent leadership. Also should have knowledge in opening L/C for import of various Heavy Equipment, Spare Parts, Steel materials etc. from abroad.
∎ Preparation and submission of Tender and quotations,
∎ Banking and Maintaining of company accounts, fully responsible for financial Management & Business development, Budget control & financial Audit etc. under the guidance of company owner.
∎ Have knowledge on Management of Office, Yard, Project site, Equipment Tools.
