Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Communicate with suppliers for documents and shipment purposes, as well as with C&F agents, forwarders, and banks for the smooth release of imported equipment.
∎ Follow up with shipping lines, customs clearance, and freight forwarding for seamless operations.
∎ Prepare regular commercial reports and submit them to top management.
∎ Oversee and manage export documentation, ensuring compliance with LC requirements.
∎ Negotiation of Customs Clearing and forwarding (C&F agent), Shipping lines, Communication with Bank etc.

∎ Job Summery: Global Medical Engineering (BD) Limited is seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of import-export operations. The role involves managing supplier communications, ensuring smooth shipment and customs processes, and preparing export documentation. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in commercial management in a managerial position (or as an assistant manager), a strong understanding of trade operations, and expertise in import documentation and commercial banking. This is a full-time role with excellent opportunities for growth in a dynamic healthcare and trading environment.
