∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Mainly focus on documentation- Export, Corporate back-office support
∎ • Should have sound knowledge in all commercial activities related to import & Export.
∎ • Prepare the original documents according to the buyer requirement for submitting to bank for collection of export proceeds.
∎ • Prepare the pro-forma Invoice according to the PO Sheet in favor of Buyer OR Buying House.
∎ • Prepare the all-Export Related documents.
∎ • Placing booking to the Shipping Line & Freight Forwarders through Online & Manually for execution the Export.
∎ • Follow up Shipment/Shipping Approval from Forwarder/Buyer
∎ • Coordinate with CNF & Forwarder for Shipping Order.
∎ • Submission of BL draft to the forwarder through mail & online & confirmation the BL status with the forwarder and collection the original BL.
∎ • Should be able to send/submit necessary documents to the buyer/buying house for issuance of IC, collection of IC & other related documents as well.
∎ • Should have knowledge in Cash incentive related work.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
