Responsibilities & Context:

This is a strategic role working closely with the Head Of Sales, not a routine coordination position. The Management Coordinator will act as the Head Of Sales strategic shadow — directly supporting decision-making, business planning, and cross-functional execution. This position provides an exciting opportunity to gain valuable insights into executive leadership and make meaningful contributions to the company’s strategic growth.

Attend and follow up on meetings, ensuring timely execution of key action points.

  • Attend meetings with Head of Sales and provide relevant insights as needed.

  • Prepare presentations, reports, and strategic documents for the Higher Management.

  • Conduct research and analysis to support Head Of Sales in business planning, sales planning and performance tracking.

  • Act as the communication bridge between the Head Of Sales and department heads.

  • Coordinate cross-functional projects and ensure seamless execution.

  • Manage the Head Of Sales calendar, travel, and engagements with efficiency and discretion.

  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism.

  • Participate in departmental rotations to gain holistic business exposure.

  • Develop leadership capability to drive strategic initiatives in the future.

  • Support in Direct Documentation  to Head Of Sales.

  • Report engagements of different Higher Authority and Function Heads to Board.

  • Assist in document submission for ensuring award participation.

  • Any Other Task Assign by the Head of Sales.
