∎ Or Practical Experience on Broiler Farming.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Fulfill target of DOC and Feed for assigned cluster.
∎ Responsible for profitable business for assign cluster.
∎ Searching and selection of new farm according to SOP to expand and fill up target of assign cluster.
∎ Daily farm visit and follow up all aspects of farm management and data record to farm record book as well as field force app.
∎ Ensure proper farm management (Farm washing and cleaning, brooding, litter management, curtain management, Feeder & Drinker management, farm bio-security, medication and vaccination etc.)
∎ Routinely group meeting with farmer.
∎ Place DOC requirement, feed requirement, medicine and vaccine requirement and broiler sales program to branch manager.
∎ Follow up bird health status and inform Branch In-charge/Technical service team.
∎ Timely submission of all documents to branch accounts.
∎ On time flock closing after bird sale and ensure farmer payment by co-operation with branch manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ The candidate must have the capability and willingness of driving motorcycle and must possess valid driving license.
∎ The candidate must have at least 35,000 DOC/Month housing experience.
∎ Must have vast knowledge on Commercial Broiler farming.
∎ Should have good knowledge on Contract Farming.
