Educational Requirements:
∎ DVM / B.Sc. in AH from any Agricultural University.
∎ Or Bachelor degree in any discipline with Practical experience on Commercial Broiler Farming.
∎ Skills Required: Strong in MS Office (MS Word MS Excel)

∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Broiler Farm Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the profitable contract farming business for assigned branch.
∎ Sourcing of Broiler farms as per SOP.
∎ Set targets, plan and drive the team for achieving expected management goal.
∎ Run, maintain, lead, train and monitor the integration field force and sales team to convey profitability and potential growth about all aspects of contract broiler farming in assigned branch.
∎ Set target of DOC placement per week and feed/MT and drive the team to achieve the plan and target under the SOP of farm selection.
∎ Increase the volume of production with better flock productivity.
∎ Routinely arrangement of farmer group meeting, training program, seminar for farmer skill development.
∎ Routine farm visit to follow up farm management and emergency assistance to farmer and team member for better performance.
∎ Encourage farmer to produce disease free birds and ensure proper brooding, growing, feeding, watering, Vaccination and medication, farm bio-security etc according to SOP.
∎ Making long run relationship with farmer for sustainable contract farming business.
∎ Ensure proper arrangement of DOC placement, feed, medicine, bird sales, timely farmer payment and other necessary activities.
∎ Categorize the farmer and cluster in charge according to their performance.
∎ Scoring farmers, cluster and other people based on performance.
∎ Daily, weekly and monthly reporting.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ The candidate must have the capability and willingness of driving motorcycle and must possess valid driving license.
∎ Good knowledge on MS Office applications, especially MS Word and MS Excel.
∎ Must have vast knowledge on Commercial Broiler farming.
∎ Should have good knowledge on Contract Farming.
