Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develops and implements business strategies for the cluster hotels which are aligned with Radisson Hotel Group and the hotel owner's overall mission, vision, values and strategies
∎ Monitors cluster hotels status regularly and adjusts strategies as appropriate
∎ Ensures alignment of the cluster hotel's operations with owner and corporate objectives by serving as liaison for owner relations in conjunction with corporate
∎ Develops the annual business plan and capital budget in conjunction with the Controller and Regional Vice President of operations and assists in obtaining owner's approval
∎ Achieves the cluster hotel's profit, customer service and revenue goals by directing the operation of the cluster hotels
∎ Develops and implements strategies and practices which support employee engagement
∎ Maximizes revenue by developing and implementing a sales and marketing plan in conjunction with the management services team
∎ Leverages system-wide expertise and resources where possible in order to incorporate best practices and deliver services on a cost effective basis
∎ Represents the management company in owner relations
∎ Strives to improve market penetration by adequately foreseeing the near future as well as long-term expectations on market development and maintain realistic yet ambitious targets
∎ Seeks opportunities to publicize the hotels through development and implementation of a public relations strategy and by building a network within the community
∎ Ensures adherence of brand standards and compliances for cluster hotels.
∎ Works with the cluster hotels' Executive Committees to continually improve hotel operations by evaluating guest services provided responding to opportunities within the market
∎ Ensures the cluster hotels adheres to all local, state and national employment, licensing, lodging, liquor, insurance, safety, contract and other laws and standards
∎ Creates 100% guest satisfaction by creating a learning environment where employees are provided with the training and resources they need and deliver service and teamwork
∎ Develops and recruits the human resources necessary to achieve hotel and management services' goals
∎ Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other hotel employees to foster and promote a co-operative and harmonious working environment.
∎ At all times projects a favorable image of the cluster hotels to the public.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 55 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 12 years of work experience as General Manager in reputed Five Star / Upper Upscale brand
∎ BA in International Hotel Operations Management/ MSc in International Hospitality Management is preferred.
∎ Proven leadership skills, results oriented
∎ Able to resolve conflicts guests, supervisor and employee
∎ Able to collaborate effectively with other hotel employees and managers to ensure teamwork
∎ Able to create a diverse and supportive work environment
∎ Strong leadership skill is required
∎ Sound previous experience in related field
∎ Self-motivated, proactive and guest focused team player
∎ Well groomed and healthy
∎ Excellent service mind & well team work
∎ Ability to adapt, grow and learn in a changing and progressive environment
